PolicyPro Classic | Same great policies, easier access

PolicyPro Classic subscribers can now download Word versions of policies and forms from their online First Reference account and they will be continuously updated. There’s no longer any software to install or update. Click here to view the announcement letter for PolicyPro.

Regular print updates will continue to be published and the Inside Policies newsletter will report changes to policies and why they are important. You’ll still have access to same great model policies, only now it’s easier to download them!

Please note that updates to the desktop software will be discontinued as of June 1, 2019.

If you have not already set up your First Reference account, click here. After you’ve created a password you can login to your account, click the My Products tab and there you will find the Word versions of each policy and form.

  • Business Travel Expenses (HR 2.21.ON)
  • Pay Range Structure (HR 3.05.ON)
  • Public Holidays (SPP HR 4.03.ON)
  • Bereavement Leave and Child Death Leave (HR 4.07.ON)
  • Sick Leave/Short-Term Disability (HR 4.13.ON)
